We are open from Monday to Friday, 7am to 6.00pm.  Childcare is available in term time and throughout the school holidays.  We are closed for all public holidays.

Our hourly rate is £4.55 per hour which includes drinks and healthy snacks.  Meals are charged extra.  If you would rather, we are happy for you to provide a ‘pack-up’ for your child/children.

Payments

We do not charge you in advance for our services. Invoices are created approximately 5 days before the end of each month. These invoices will detail your particular charges in detail and settlement will need to be made no later than the last day of the same month.

We are able to accept childcare voucher. These payment usually take a few days to process, please make sure payments are received on or before the last day of the month. Late Payment fee will be charged at £5 per day.

Free 15 hours Government Funded Childcare

Every child in England who is aged three or four is able to claim 570 hours of free early education or childcare each year. This can be taken during term time only, which usually equates to 15 hours per week for 38 weeks a year. We, as a childcare  providers, offer the opportunity to parents to take advantage of this free funding.

School Holidays

We offer childcare throughout the school holidays. These are either per hour or can be based on one of the predefined day or half day rates.

Late Collection of your child

A Late collection will be charged at 15 minute intervals.

Absent or Illness
  • Child or parent illness – Full fee will be charged on all contracted hours/days of children who are absent
  • Childminder illness – No Fee.
  • Parents Holiday/Annual Leave – Full fee will be charged on all contracted hours/days of children who are absent.
  • Childminder Annual Holiday – No Fee (Normally 2 weeks per year, these will be advised).
Term Time only contracts

If your child is on a term time only contact and you wish to maintain their place with ourselves in September then a retainer fee will be due.  This fee will be charged on the last invoice before the school summer holiday. This fee will then be deducted from your following September invoice. This is a common practise by childminders.
